I lost my wallet on arrival at Malaga Airport - I think my pocket was picked as I left the terminal. When I realised the loss at your Office, the lady who dealt with us, whose name I failed to note, was excellent. She personally took me back to the airport to report the loss and she allowed me to use the office phone to cancel credit and debit cards. When unable to get through to one company, she traced another number for me which did answer. How many other companies would have even cared? Excellent service and many many thanks. I always use Helle Hollis anyway and always recommend your company. Suggest you warn clients about possible pickpockets as you leave the airport - tell them to put wallets somewhere as safe as possible.

Excellent! Booking straight forward and were met by friendly and helpful staff member who quickly got us on our way with minimum fuss and much help. We were unfortunate to have a car reverse into us during the night on our holiday, whose driver drove off without leaving contact details. We had taken out the waiver policy and were thankful of this as we didn't have to pay out for someone else's fault. service when we returned the car was outstanding as well...we got to Malaga airport with little time to spare, but again, helpful and friendly staff were quick and efficient and even though there were forms to complete about the accident, we got to the to the check-in in plenty of time. As usual my experience with your company is fantastic. You are the best company i have ever hired a car off and all the staff are totally professional and efficient. On returning our car i explained you a gentleman checking the car that we had problems with the traffic and got stuck behind a crash and we may miss our flight. He got us in a bus straight away and he personally drove us to the airport and we got our flight. His professionalism in not letting us wait for a bus and speedily checking the car enabled us to make our flight and this is something that no other hire company would do. The car developed a fault in the computer system on several occasions. The offer to get us home by taxi was well received although the fault rectified itself so that became uneccessary.
