I can only say first class Helle Hollis,your service was second to none. I have used D.Y.S ever since i have purchased my property and have had mixed service from them ranging from good to pathetic,having experianced your service i dont see myself using anyone else. My pick up of the car was excellent and drop off was fantastic from the moment i drove into your premises, parked the car, being checked in and having my fuel being credited to me, loading my luggage on to courtesy bus and dropped off at our terminal took a total of 6 mins. I'm used to all sorts of problems when I've hired cars in the past. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the whole process on this occasion. We English are so lazy about learning foreign languages, so I was particularly impressed with the good English of the staff dealing with us, quite apart from the friendly, courteous and helpful manner. First time user and second home owner club member. We have booked our cars over the years via carjet but the recent Helle Hollis experience ticked all of our boxes so we will be using Helle Hollis from here on in.

We are going to Spain for ten years and have rented from Helle Hollis previously. When checking prices we found them very competitive. Then we joined the home-owners club which further reduced the cost. As we go for a long period in the Summer it is important to have a comfortable and reliable car and good back-up service.
