The car was covered in many scratches outside, but this was not a problem as these were already noted on the form and it was very clean inside and mechanically excellent. The courtesy bus driver was excellent, he had to return to the airport after dropping us off because our son had left his jacket in the bus. He came back immediately. Very efficient pick up service. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and because we had given the flight number, the bus arrived at the exact moment we got to the stop. I think your texting service on arrival is also very useful. I sent my text immediately we got to the bus stop, but the bus came around the corner at the very same second, so I did not need it.
