As usual my experience with your company is fantastic. You are the best company i have ever hired a car off and all the staff are totally professional and efficient. On returning our car i explained you a gentleman checking the car that we had problems with the traffic and got stuck behind a crash and we may miss our flight. He got us in a bus straight away and he personally drove us to the airport and we got our flight. His professionalism in not letting us wait for a bus and speedily checking the car enabled us to make our flight and this is something that no other hire company would do. Vi fik desværre en bil, hvor air-condition ikke virkede. Vi troede først, at det var os, der ikke kunne finde ud af den, og det er svært at beslutte i en ny bil og på en fremmed motorvej, hvad man lige skal gøre, derfor kørte vi til vores feriebolig ca 150 km fra Helle Hollis. Vi ringede og fik lovnining på at man ville løse problemet næste dag. Dette skete også og vi fik uden problemer byttet til en bil, som endda var både bedre og nyere. Vi fik rigtig god service af dansktalende personale, men har jo "spildt" ½ feriedag med ekstra kørsel. Men service var bestemt ok! Venlig hilsen Gert Pedersen og Lis Jensen, Danmark.
