The whole experience from joining the Home owners club to receiving the car were excellent. By the time I had removed the bags from the courtesy bus all the paperwork was completed and I signed it and drove off in a brand new car. The staff were excellent and the process for returning the car was quick and smooth. I don't think we spent more than5 minutes in the the process for collecting and returning the car. As Home owners I would not go anywhere else as the discounts you get added to the service are superb. Hughes

The staff both when picking the car up and dropping it off were very friendly and helpful. The transfer from the airport was vey quick and the paperwork only took a short time to complete. Very competitive rates together with great service I would recommend Helle Hollis to anybody.Tyer

As I had a separate insurance policy covering up to £2000 excess I thought the ?400 excess deposit was unneccessary. Fortunately the refund appeared on my card quickly. The courtesy bus driver who returned us to the airport was especially helpful and was already waiting for us. It's a shame the airport don't allow you to place a bus stop, we were waiting about 50m away from where we expected it to stop. Gilderdale
