I lost my wallet on arrival at Malaga Airport - I think my pocket was picked as I left the terminal. When I realised the loss at your Office, the lady who dealt with us, whose name I failed to note, was excellent. She personally took me back to the airport to report the loss and she allowed me to use the office phone to cancel credit and debit cards. When unable to get through to one company, she traced another number for me which did answer. How many other companies would have even cared? Excellent service and many many thanks. Suggest you warn clients about possible pickpockets as you leave the airport - tell them to put wallets somewhere as safe as possible.
