On returning our car i explained you a gentleman checking the car that we had problems with the traffic and got stuck behind a crash and we may miss our flight. He got us in a bus straight away and he personally drove us to the airport and we got our flight. His professionalism in not letting us wait for a bus and speedily checking the car enabled us to make our flight and this is something that no other hire company would do.
